Catch light-rail easily...just a short walk away. The space This beautiful ranch style home features an open living space with lots of natural lighting. The neighborhood is quiet and yard is surrounded by big trees! The energy of the space offers a comfortable at-home feeling. Living, kitchen and fridge, parking space in front of home, and of course your own private room and shared bath (private if other room is empty). No laundry or car wash service due to water regulations. However, there are car washes and laundromats within 5 minutes. If staying long term, you may use washer and dryer. Friendly middle-class neighborhood! It's such a cute little town. I'm a younger female and have felt safe to enjoy runs through the neighborhood morning or night. All the shopping you could ask for is within 5 minutes! We are close to the freeway and light-rail but there's no issue with noise. The house is still peaceful. 5 min walk to light-rail, 3 min drive to highway 50 Your private room offers a full bed, dresser, nightstand, closet, desk and lamp! There are four rooms. Room #1 is slightly larger than the others. Rooms 1 and 2 are on one side of the house and share a bathroom. Rooms 3 and 4 are on the opposite side of the house near the kitchen and garage and share a bathroom. Room 5 (not listed) is the master and has its own bathroom. There are 4 other guest rooms and typically most rooms are full - conversation and interaction is up to you! There is plenty of space and it's always a great atmosphere.
