Cozy basement apartment with sleeping alcoves. Possible for a 3rd person to sleep on the sofa. Easy access. Public transport 100 m away, about 35 min to Bergen City Centre. Bus runs about twice an hour. Change of bus at Åsane terminal. Free parking down the bend. See picture! Private terrace with jazzuci. Code box is 1 m from the main door. The apartment is located near the lake and hiking areas. We have a cozy cat that lives here. She is very cuddly and curious😺 We want guests to let us know before they complain🙂 The space View of the sea, evening sun, private outdoor area with heated jacuzzi, barbecue, easy access to hiking area on the mountain, fishing opportunities, proximity to the sea. Guest access The entire outdoor area outside the apartment is available to guests. There is a table, chairs, gas grill, charcoal grill and heated jacuzzi (not in the middle of winter) Other things to note Car parking is down the bend. About 50 m from the house. The code box is 1 m from the main door. Black small code box with the key to the door inside. The front door is a bit difficult to open and close unfortunately. Fire alarms are installed even if they are removed from the ceiling. Fire extinguisher and fire blanket at the entrance. The switch in the bathroom is to be turned, not pressed. Cleaning supplies and toilet paper are in the small room next to the bedroom. Remember to turn off the coffee maker when you leave! It would be nice if you could remove the garbage.
