On the right bank of Bordeaux, on the 8th floor (with elevator) of a brand new building, discover this beautiful 50 m2 apartment. You will be able to enjoy a sunset every evening while enjoying your meal on the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen will be at your disposal as well as a plancha to grill on the terrace. The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 20-minute drive from the airport. The space The accommodation has a large room with a beautiful fully equipped open kitchen, a dining table and a living room with a 190 x 120 cm sofa bed, an HD TV with Netflix and board games at your disposal. On sunny days, you can dine quietly on the pretty terrace to admire the sunset and the stunning views of Bordeaux. In the bedroom that also overlooks the terrace, a large comfortable bed of 160 x 200 cm awaits you and a desk to telework if necessary. Finally, you will have a bathroom with a large shower and toilet, towel dryer, washing machine and dryer available. For your comfort, you will have access to WIFI, a coffee maker and a kettle are also at your disposal, as well as everything you need to cook (utensils, condiments...). Bed linen and bath towels will be provided. You will have the entire place to yourself. Guest access Located right in front of the Saint-Jean bridge, the apartment is accessible in less than 5 minutes by car from the train station (less than 10 minutes on foot). At the gates of the city center, you can get to the major places of interest in Bordeaux in less than 15 minutes by transport (at the bottom of the residence).
