The unit has towels, linens, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, BBQ, washer/dryer, 4 bikes, clubhouse with ping pong table. Lower level with free Wi-Fi and parking in front of unit. The space No smoking. No pets except service animals. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals according to our condo bylaws. There is a $350 per day fine for pets found to be in the unit. No SHARC pool passes in unit but ask the Host as there are a limited number of paper guest passes that can be sent by mail beforehand if enough time for delivery. Guest access Access to entire condo, storage unit with 4 bikes and winter sleds, pool, hot tub, clubhouse. Bike paths of Sunriver go right behind condo property.
