Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa and its grounds, ensuring complete privacy throughout the stay. All indoor and outdoor spaces are fully available, including the gardens, lounge areas, jacuzzi, and all living areas of the property. The villa is rented to one group at a time, allowing guests to enjoy the space at their own pace, in total comfort and seclusion. Private parking is available on the property. Other things to note Villa Pianoia is located in the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by nature. While all windows are equipped with mosquito screens and regular pest control treatments are carried out, it is still possible that small insects, such as ladybugs or stink bugs, may occasionally enter the house. This is a natural aspect of staying in the countryside and reflects the quality and purity of the surrounding environment. Given the rural setting, we recommend having a car to fully enjoy the area and easily explore nearby towns and attractions.
