Welcome to our family-friendly home, where comfort and functionality combine to create the perfect living space for you and your loved ones. This recently renovated home offers two bedrooms, a workspace, and an open kitchen, designed to cater to all your family's needs. The space The house is a 2-bedroom unit located inside a fourplex. Our home is built with comfort in mind. Whether you are travelling solo, with loved ones or in a group, this is the place for you. Inside the home we have 2 separate bedrooms, including 1 Queen bed and 1 Double bed. We also have a pull-out sofas incase you are travelling in a group of 4+ people. The home also has a living room area, with a comfortable couch and many blankets as well as a TV with access to Netflix, an open-concept kitchen with silverware and cooking equipment. There is also a full bathroom within the home. Please keep in mind that this is not a home has a no-smoking indoors policy. However you can feel free to do so outside on the big-sized comfortable porch overlooking the neighbourhood. Smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee. We also ask that there is no loud noises after 11pm. Any person staying after 12am is considered an extra guest and will be charged $30. Additional charges will be issued if there is any damage, or if the house requires any extra professional cleaning. This is a pet-friendly home, each pet must be booked into the reservation. Guest access You will have your own personal in-home apartment. You will have private access to 2 bedrooms (1 with a Queen sized-bed/ 1 Double bed), a living-room with a pull-out couch and a TV as well as an open concept kitchen.
