Outdoor music must played at a reasonable volume at all times, and must be turned off by 10pm. You are welcome to bring the music inside after 10pm as long as all of the doors and windows remain closed. No pets We are a drud-free home and property. We do not allow the use of drugs inside the home OR outside the home. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors. No confetti or glitter anywhere in the home or on the property. The first 16 guests are included in the rate. There is an added fee of 300$ per person per day over the first 16 guests. No parties unless prior permission from the host is granted. No visitors that are not included in your total guest count.
