Located in picturesque community of Carlton Landing on Lake Eufaula, built in 2023, SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 15): FIRST FLOOR: - Master Bedroom – Main Level: King Bed, Private Bathroom, with attached outdoor living area (screened in) includes fireplace and 4k HDTV with all streaming services available. TV in outdoor living and in bedroom. SECOND FLOOR: - Guest Master Bedroom – Second Level: King Bed, Private Bathroom - 4k HDTV with all streaming services available. - Guest Bedroom: Bunk room two queens and two twins, Bathroom - 4k HDTV with all streaming services available. THIRD FLOOR: -Guest Bedroom - Third Level: Bunk room 5 twins Each bedroom on first and second level is equipped with a 4k HDTV. Vacation rental is equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board and in community golf cart rentals with Dr. Doo's. You will have electronic access to the property. Once you have booked, you will receive a message with instructions from August Lock with app access and a pin code to obtain access to the property. This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Yale/August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. I will not be available in person, but am available to accept your message through the airbnb app if you need anything whatsoever. This property is centrally located to many community amenities as Carlton Landing grows. First, it is located between two community pools, Tower Court Pool, and Boardwalk Pool which includes a hot tub. Second, there are two parks within steps of the property - Pistache Park with swings, hammocks, and a fire pit; and Bocce Ball Park where the family can enjoy games such as ping pong and bocce ball. There are several other community parks within walking distance. Other community amenities include the Event Lawn, Pop-Up Shops, swim beach, tennis and basketball courts, and nature trails. Community restaurants and businesses include the Meeting House, Mama Tig’s, The Pantry, Lake Days, and a variety of food trucks. Getting around Carlton Landing is usually done by walking or renting a golf cart. We have a local vendor that you can rent from called Doctor Doo's.
