Modern exclusive villa located just 80 meters from the equipped beach is the ideal place for a vacation a few steps from the blue flag sea of Pozzallo. Newly built, it features a large outdoor area with a hot tub, barbecue area and living area. The space The Villa offers ample space and maximum comfort for your stay by the sea. Built with the most modern energy efficiency and thermal insulation tools, it will guarantee a pleasant summer and winter stay. The rooms are all air-conditioned, equipped with heating and an excellent Wi-Fi connection. A centuries-old olive tree surrounded by aromatic plants that will allow you to smell our island will welcome you. Outside area: The outdoor space in front of the Villa offers 2 convenient parking spaces with charging station for electric cars; in the back facing south is the veranda equipped with dining area, barbecue, relaxation area and outdoor shower. The large solarium will give you special moments of conviviality by the pool with whirlpool and beach for our little guests. Inside area: The interior is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will be welcomed by an elegant living area with sofas, 50" Smart TV and a comfortable dining table for 10 people. A sliding door separates the living area from the modern kitchen with direct access to the equipped veranda and swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort such as an espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave and traditional oven. Serving the living room and outdoor area is a laundry bathroom with shower, also equipped with a washing machine (with the possibility of direct access from the external veranda). On the ground floor there are also 2 double bedrooms, 1 of which can be converted into a double with single beds and an additional bathroom with shower serving the sleeping area. A modern handcrafted wooden staircase will take you to the first floor where there are 2 more double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. HEATED POOL - EXTRA SERVICE upon request (water temperature from 27/28 degrees in the winter period): From December to March €500 per week the remaining periods of the year €300 per week not mandatory. The service must be requested at least 1 week prior to check-in. (in the evening the pool must be covered to prevent the water temperature from dropping.)
