This apartment is about 5 minutes from downtown and located in a quiet, up-and-coming walkable area called the Incline :) The apartment is within walking distance to an amazing local coffee shop, a few yummy restaurants with city views, and a small park with views also! This location is easy access to all things in the Greater Cincinnati area. The space The apartment is in an excellent location! ~5 Minutes Walking: The walkable and quiet Incline neighborhood with restaurants like the notable Primavista, Incline Public House, and BLOC Coffee! ~5 Minutes Driving: Downtown Cincinnati (ICON music stadium, the Reds Ballpark + Bengals Stadium + FC Cincinnati Stadium, the restaurants and nightlife at The Banks), OTR. ~10 Minutes Driving: Newport KY, Covington KY, University of Cincinnati, Xavier University, Northern Kentucky University ~15 Minutes Driving: the CVG airport! This unique apartment has a secluded balcony facing the city, a fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, washer & dryer, 2 smart TVs & so much more! This is a lower-level apartment with a private entrance & located underneath a home that also serves as a short term rental with its own private entrance. Living room--Large couch (which can turn into a pull out bed), smart TV, and board games! Kitchen--Fully stocked and includes a Keurig with complementary K-cups, tea bags, sweetener, and a few water bottles. Dining space 1 Bedroom—King size bed, smart TV, desk, small city view from window, closet, and sitting area 1 Full Bathroom Large balcony—facing the city with sitting area! Laundry Room-Washer and dryer! Guest access Self check-in with a lockbox and key inside for an easy check-in! Guests will be provided with the access code to the box prior to check-in. Other things to note There is plenty of street parking! It is very easy to find parking as this is a quiet street. There is also a nearby parking garage. - There are external security cameras outside of the property. - There is a separate full home unit above the apartment also used as a short term rental. The separate unit above uses a separate/private entrance at the main front door. We ask that you be respectful with your noise levels. - The walking path and stairs on the right side of the house are for this apartment and lead to the private entrance on the lower level. - There are about 15 steps down to the apartment. - Please be respectful of the neighborhood as this is a quiet street.
