Steel Magnolias is a custom 1 bedroom, 1 bath space attached to the back of a garage w/ an outdoor private patio to enjoy the colorful sunsets & country views. Features a fully equipped kitchen with high end finishes. Full bathroom w/ washer/dryer. Whether staying for a night or the weekend, it is an experience to enjoy the easy living Amelia has to offer. Only a 15-30 minute scenic drive to Chesterfield, Powhatan, or Farmville. Easy access to surrounding counties located just off Rt 360. If you enjoy staying in a place that has all of the conveniences of your own home, that's how we designed the space with comfort. *It features, a fully stocked, equipped kitchen with a microwave, induction cook top stove, countertop oven, farmhouse sink, full size refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, and granite countertops. The kitchen island is offered for meals. *The family room offers an electric fireplace for a relaxed ambiance while curled up on the large sofa watching your favorite movies/shows on the Roku smart TV that offers hundreds of free live TV and apps. Please help yourself to log into your own paid subscriptions. Ceiling fan, coffee table, side table, recliner, desk & chair. The large sofa "can" accommodate sleeping for 1 small person. It is NOT a pull out sleep sofa. *The bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 night stands with charging stations, bedside lamp also with charging capabilities, sound machine, ceiling fan, small dresser drawer, and a clothes rod. *Well-lit full bathroom that offers tub/shower combo, supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is also a stackable washer/dryer set located in the bathroom as well. *Electric Car charger on site for you to use for $25 a day. *COVID UPDATE: Cleanliness is more important than ever. To help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and other germs, I've put together cleaning guidelines based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that the cleaners are implementing after every guest. With the extent of the extra cleaning measures, we can NOT accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests. Guest access There are parking spots in the driveway for guests located on the right side of the garage. The entry door is at the back of the garage. There is a unique code to access the door lock. This custom code is only good for the duration of your stay. Please keep vehicles off of the grass. Other things to note Smart car charging port available upon request for an additional $25/day. Check-in time is 3:00PM. Check-out time is 10AM. Please ask well in advance if you need an early check-in or later check-out and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
