Casa Simona is part of Borgo "Il Cantuccio", a splendid, finely restored couple of private houses (Casa Simona & Casa Grande) with a fantastic 14x6 swimming pool in an hamlet surrounded by nature to experience life in the Umbrian hills. The houses can accommodate up to 21 people featuring 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and are ideal for families or groups of families and friends who want to spend a holiday immersed in nature between privacy and fun. The houses can also be rented independently. The space "Casa Simona", closer to the swimming pool and in a more secluded position from the village, can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms with a sofa bed in the living room. The layout of the spaces is as follows: On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer and oven, a large living room that can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people, a bathroom and a double bedroom.
