Welcome to our in-town sanctuary! We are now offering the entire place for your pleasure and relaxation. This is a house of healing…a pure gem. We’re located a few blocks from Old Town shops, restaurants and the Siuslaw River. The beach and lakes are just a few miles away. Our back patio is a world within worlds…cedar Japanese hot soaking tub for two, outdoor shower and sauna allow for spa experience…and there’s a yoga studio too! This is a magical house. There are three bedrooms: One, the Beach, is the huge master suite that is available some of the year as the original Suniai rental, it has its own private entrance and en-suite bath and sitting area (single futon for extra sleeping spot). The other two bedrooms are smaller, yet special. The second bedroom, Double Helix, is cozy and nurturing and many have received healing in this space, it leads you into the third bedroom (Bedrooms 2 & 3 are adjoined). The third bedroom, Jade Moon, has vaulted ceilings and heated clay/jade floor. The second full bath is spacious and colorful. The main living room has a cozy wood stove for when the temps drop. There’s a place to eat that opens to the back patio and the kitchen has everything you need including a five-stage reverse osmosis water filtration system, some spices and food to share. From the delightful back patio you can access the yoga studio, sauna and two-person cedar Japanese soaking tub and outdoor shower :) The front yard has lots of grass you can lounge in and if your lucky the garden beds may be bearing some fruit/herbs/greens. You are free to utilized all the amenities here. There is one closet that is marked “not for guest use” Katie is available over messaging and aims to assist you promptly. Bill is our maintenance man and also co-hosting. Feel free to call upon him if you need immediate assistance. We are in the heart of Florence and a stones throw from everything this little town has to offer. Our location on Kingwood is a few quiet blocks from Old Town, there is also a nice bike ride to the ocean from here. Walking paths and the river are right down the street and many amazing hiking trails and more than half a dozen lakes are just a few minutes drive. We love it! We provide occasional/sporadic group yoga classes in our yoga studio. Please inquire if you’d like to practice.
