Superb location, only 16 minutes walk to Kohimarama beach, 2 minutes walk to bus stop to Auckland CBD (15-20 mins by bus). 13 minutes walk to New World supermarket, Eastridge mall, boutique food court and numerous cafes. Mission Bay and St Heliers beaches are nearby. The space Guests will retreat to a spacious double bedroom with queen size bed. Separate living space with kitchenette (including cooking appliances) plus a generous bathroom and shower/bath await guests. Serving up suburban vista views from one end and a tropical garden oasis outlook from the other, the suite is approx. 35 square meters total. Free street carparking on a safe, quiet and well-lit street. A well trained spoodle (dog) lives on site. Early check in/ late check out/ same day luggage storage may be possible, please message us. Guest access The guest suite is part of the hosts' house, however it has a separate entrance (via steps to the back garden, on the 1st floor). Please note sloping path and deck may be slippery when wet. The guest suite is self-contained and private; only the back garden is shared with the hosts.
