Stay in anything-but-tiny luxury with a queen bed, pullout couch, fully stocked kitchen, and full-size bathroom. The space Welcome to our little piece of paradise - a charming 500 square foot tiny home situated on a 23-acre wonderland of blissful grassy meadows, winding paths, fruit trees, and berry bushes. Our tiny home is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Whether you're looking for a place to stay while enjoying the Mohican State Park activities, a weekend ski trip to Snow Trails, celebrating your birthday, anniversary or looking for a getaway, you'll be delighted by the open space and serene beauty of the 23 acres of nature surrounding you. Pick berries in the orchard or along the walking paths, watch the snowfall from the porch, unwind in the infrared sauna, share laughter and stories under the stars at the fire pit. Enjoy the views of nature from the living room and dining room. The full kitchen provides everything you need to make home cooked meals inside. The outdoor decks and grill provide the space to cook and eat outdoors. There are plenty of books to read as you cozy up to the indoor fireplace. While there is plenty to enjoy on the property, you will be a short drive from Lucas, Loudonville, Ashland, and Mansfield. Enjoy the outdoors no matter what time of year - hike the trails at Mohican State park, zipline at Mohican Adventures, rent a pontoon boat at Pleasant Hill Marina, or ski at Snow Trails. Check out the local fare at Phase Two Pizza, Uniontown Brewing Co, The Phoenix Brewing Co, or Ugly Bunny Winery. End the day with ice cream from Ida's Dairy or Stella's Ice Cream Shoppe and Coffee House. Looking for more to explore in Ohio? Camping for additional guests staying in tents or RVs is welcome for an additional fee. Traveling with your pup? No problem! We charge a $75 pet fee and also provide a doggy bed, extra leash, doggie bowls, and doggie bags. Update: We’ve upgraded our WiFi to enable video calls and streaming. As always, there are ample books, games puzzles, and outdoor trails provided to connect with nature and enjoy non-tech alternative entertainment! Guest access The driveway to the tiny house is gravel and suitable for all vehicles. The back patio has chairs perfect for reading and sipping coffee in the mornings. There is a grill and picnic table to make outdoor meals. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit under a sky full of stars. Walk miles along the walking trails - you can catch amazing sunsets at the top lookout point! Other things to note The property is 23 acres. Additional guests staying in tents or RVs are welcome for an additional charge. We have incredible neighbors who live on each side of the property. We ask that guests are respectful - no parties, unapproved guests, or excessive noise beyond 9PM.
