15 m² light-flooded room with access to the sunny balcony & private bathroom. The room belongs to a 3-room apartment with two bathrooms (shower and bathtub). The airport & city center are 15 minutes away by public transport. If desired, you can park in the underground garage with direct access to the house. Shopping and parks are around the house. The Herrenhausen Gardens & Sealife can be reached in 10 minutes. The area is very quiet. No street noise! Guest access You can use a private room and private bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared by me when I am at home. You also have access to the sunny balcony. If you arrive by car, you can also use the underground garage with direct access to the house.
