Alpes Agency presents Chalet d’Olivier, an attractive four-bedroom, three-bathroom demi-chalet sleeping up to eight guests. Located in a peaceful residential area of Les Praz, it is close to excellent transport links. The stylish open-plan living area features exposed beams and a log-burning stove, creating a warm alpine feel. With off-street parking, a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony and terrace with stunning Mont Blanc views, it’s an ideal mountain retreat. The space Situated over three floors, the open plan living area and kitchen are on the top floor to make the most of the spectacular views through the large windows. There are comfy sofas, a large dining table, TV and log burning stove. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and filter coffee machine. The living space leads out onto a good sized terrace with dining table and chairs, as well as stairs down to the sunny garden. On the ground floor are three bedrooms, two setup as twins and the other room set up as a double, two of the bedrooms have direct access out to the garden. There is one bathroom and one shower room, both with a basin and WC. On the lower floor the spacious master ensuite bedroom boasts a Swedish sauna with double sink and shower. A well-equipped laundry room also provides ample room for washing, drying and storage. There is a closed garage with room for ski/bike storage, as well as outside parking. Guest access Self check in using key box from 16:00, our team are on hand to help until 20:00. Other things to note Self-catered bookings include linen and towels based on the standard guest configuration. If your apartment features a sofa bed and you require additional linen to accommodate maximum occupancy, a supplementary linen fee of €25 will apply.
