The cozy 55 m² apartment for 6 people welcomes you for your events at Stade France, located 20 minutes away by walk or 15 minutes by metro. The M14 Pleyel line will even be available just before the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. In the meantime, metro 14 is available a 10-minute walk from Mairie de Saint-Ouen, where you can easily reach Saint-Lazare train station. The cozy 6-person apartment is 55 m², located on the 3rd floor of a secure and quiet residence. All the comforts await you for a successful stay. The space The cozy 6-person apartment is located at the foot of the M13 Carrefour Pleyel in a private and secure residence with elevator. The cozy apartment includes a large living room with open kitchen overlooking a south-facing balcony, ideal for an aperitif or coffee. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils as well as appliances for a successful stay: oven, microwave, food processor, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has a double sofa bed and a Smart TV. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and storage. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. A bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are located downstairs from the building. No pets are allowed, nor are parties (family building).
