Former farmhouse with heart in Eifel/Moselle

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. It offers a lot of atmosphere and plenty of space. You have about 1000 sqm available. Whether inside by the fireplace or outside at one of the fireplaces... it warms your heart. A place to rest and relax, but also to play and romp in the countryside. Due to the individual, emphasized rustic and cozy interior, you feel very quickly at home. The garden and back meadow are fenced. The space The house is a former farm. You can park directly under the walnut tree, in front of the large green barn door or in the barn (bicycle, motorcycle). After you have unlocked the door, you are already standing directly in the core of the house, which is also the kitchen, dining room and living room. At the heart of it all is the fireplace. Wood is stacked in the barn for €5 per basket. On the left, a door leads into the hallway/coat closet. From there, you can reach the spacious bathroom until about the beginning of February 2026. After that, the new bathroom is on the first floor between the two bedrooms. Back to the main room: behind a door, a staircase leads you to the 1st floor. The first bedroom in the hallway on the left has been completely redesigned and has a dressing room in front and is equipped with a cot (can be booked on request and includes changing mat and high chair, see photo, if no paying child uses it). Then of course included. On the right is the large second bedroom, which is equipped with two 1.40 m beds. There is also a workstation with desk including screen/ keyboard and a TV in the room. In between is the new bathroom. The floor above can be used for foosball and ironing. A TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick hangs in the main room. Guest access For my guests, in the small green shed to the left of the large barn door, toys and swimming aids and also the cushions for the chairs in the back garden and in front of the seating area are available for my guests. There you will also find a hammock. The barn (large green barn door) can be used to park bikes or other items. Brooms and gardening utensils are also available there. If you enjoy it, you can make yourself useful. Other things to note The property has many leisure opportunities. In the green shed next to the barn, badminton games, cushions for the seating sets, barbecue and much more are ready for you. If you need anything and can't find it, please don't hesitate to contact us. Hammocks and other games, balls are also on site. 200 meters further along the street there is a newly created playground for the little ones and for the bigger ones a ping-pong table. You will also find rackets and balls in the small shed. Otherwise, there is not much going on in Eppenberg.
