One of three rooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Shared kitchen and dining room (incl. terrace) on the first floor. Calm area. Playground with a grass field and a forest with a river for relaxed strolls right before the door. Calisthenics park, supermarket and bakery within 5 min. walk. To Dachau Bahnhof 15 min. via bus. +Wi-Fi. The space Room 3 out of 3. All of which are on the first floor together with a big bathroom. The room has a double bed, a big wardrobe, and a small Table. Guest access The kitchen and dining room inlcuding a terrace are shared use. That includes the stove, microwave, mixer, coffee grinder mashine, airfryer, toaster, waterboiler, dinnerware and space in the fridge. The basement has a little training room and a washing room with a washing mashine and dryer. There's also capsule coffee and tea ready on the first floor outside the rooms.
