Courtyard - Lush green grass rear courtyard, securely fenced. Alfresco - Covered alfresco/dining area. Including 3 seater couch, bar fridge, fan and outdoor table & chairs with beach views. Parking - Car parking available on site (2 cars) Boat & trailer parking on street parking. Guest house is smoke free. The guest house is pet friendly (fenced) however please leave pets outside and pick up and droppings in bags supplied. We do have neighbours so please be respectful and no noise past 10pm.
