Our home is in the center of town, walkable to shops, parks, restaurants and more. Your dog will enjoy our large, fenced backyard. Relax in front of our wood pellet fireplace. We are in the center of Greenwood Lake, walking distance to coffee shops, eateries, a pharmacy, food trucks, kyack rentals, and more, but on a quiet, peaceful block. We are only about an hour drive from New York City. For those soccer lovers, we are also driving distance from the World Cup Stadium!! From Memorial Day to Labor day, we offer 6 beach passes to Thomas Morahan waterfront park, a short walk away, and provide beach chairs and toys. There are many things to do nearby, no matter the season - Just as an example: Warwick Valley Winery (Warwick in general is a favorite) Pennings Orchards and Farm Market Bellvale Farms Creamery (summer) Mt Peter Ski area Waywayanda State Park Appalachian Trial access is walking distance away Legoland West Point Woodbury Commons outlets and more!! Layout of house: There are two entrances in to our home. One has three steps up, and one is one step up to a patio. The home is all one level. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one being ensuite. Two bedrooms have a queen bed, and one room has two twin beds. There is a washer dryer in the unit, and a lovely pellet fireplace which is very easy to use. The kitchen is fully outfitted, with everything you could need. The separate garage has been converted into a air conditioned game room, with an xbox, poker table, pool table, jumbo jenga, and endless games. Outside, we also have corn hole, a volleyball net, a small soccer set, and 3 hybrid bikes to just name a few. Our game room is right next to the hot tub, creating a vacation vibe and atmosphere for all types. After booking, a guide to eateries and activities is also sent to help plan your stay. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire house and yard. Driveway parking for 3-4 vehicles, depending on size. Please use the driveway only.
