The house is located at "Garbatella", a quiet typical neighborhood of Rome just outside the chaos of the Historic Center, in a modern building, at the seventh floor, accessible by elevator. The furnishings and furniture are new, modern, and meticulously curated in every detail to make you feel comfortable in a cozy and relaxing environment. The property consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a dining table for 4 people, and air conditioning. PLEASE NOTE: THE SOFA IS NOT A REAL BED, so some adaptability is required. Additionally, the living room does not have a door to close off the space; it is open to the entrance and corridor. In the living room, there is also a 40-inch television with Netflix. Next to the sofa, you'll have a comfortable designer lamp for reading. We have two spacious bedrooms with two comfortable queen-size beds that will allow you to sleep comfortably and relaxed at the temperature of your preference, thanks to the modern air conditioners present in both rooms and the centralized heating system. There is ONLY ONE BATHROOM in the apartment. Towels and shower towels are provided for each guest. The environment is new and modern with a spacious shower box with hairdryer. There is also a washing machine. Finally, there is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen , with all the necessary amenities. In particular, you will find a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine with pods, tea kettle, and toaster. Iron and ironing board are also available. There are also two balconies where smoking is allowed if desired (smoking is prohibited indoors). In front of the entrance door there is a well-stocked supermarket also open on Sundays.
