The fully-equipped solid wood handbuilt kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with large kitchen Island, AGA, high-spec appliances, sleek quartz worktops, and ample storage space. Whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a lavish dinner, you'll find everything you need to indulge your culinary skills. Upstairs, you'll find two elegantly appointed ensuite bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts a sumptuous king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two cosy twin beds. High-quality linens and tasteful decor create an inviting atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. The ensuite bathrooms are a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring luxurious soaking tubs and overhead shower: fluffy towels and complimentary luxury toiletries for the indulgent experience. Guest access Access to the whole property, garden and driveway Other things to note We have a few policies in place to ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing, safe, and comfortable stay: 🕓 Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early arrival or late departure may be available on request but is not guaranteed. 🧍‍♂️ The lead guest must be 25 years or older. We reserve the right to request photo identification. 🚫 No parties or events – this is a peaceful countryside setting and we ask all guests to respect that. 🚭 No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 🐾 Pet-Free Policy: To maintain a clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly environment for all our guests, pets are not permitted in either property. ✨ No fake tan, please – it can cause permanent stains to our luxury bedding and towels. Any damage may incur a replacement or cleaning fee. 🔑 Lost keys: A £50 fee applies for lost keys to cover locksmith or replacement costs.
