The space This 5 bedroom space shares one large great room (kitchen / dining / living room). There are three bedrooms on the 2nd floor and two on the 1st floor. There is one full bath on the 1st floor (with shower) and one on the 2nd floor (with tub). The great room walks out onto a large screened in porch that overlooks the lake. Then you walk out onto a non-covered deck that wraps around the screened in porch. The lakeside yard walks right out into the water (or onto the dock - seasonal only). On the street side of the house, there is a circular driveway with plenty of parking. There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms only. The main space is not conditioned. Guest access The whole house and yard are accessible with the following exceptions: 1. The outdoor shed on the side of the house 2. A 6th bedroom door locked shut on the 1st floor 3. A locked room/closet in the basement Other things to note Please do not attempt to uncover or use any boats or the boat lifts on which they are situated (applicable during months that the dock is in the water). Please cover the grill when not in use, and make sure the gas has been turned off as well when done. Please do not put the fire pit anywhere but the middle of the lakeside grass yard, away from trees and the house, etc. During the late Fall through early Spring, the docks and boat lifts will be placed on the lakeside lawn. The house will serve well as a "ski house" during the Winter as it is located within a reasonable driving distance from multiple ski mountains. We ask that you stay off any ice that may form on the lake during Winter months.
