Enjoy a stay at this amazing Sea View property all within a short walk to the Beach & Promenade. It is located just off the A55 with direct links to Anglesey, Snowdonia, and the North Wales Coast. 2 Double bedrooms. Fully functioning kitchen with all appliances inc dishwasher Full bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower inc bluetooth mirror 2 private parking spaces in front of the property. Outside garden with 8 seater rattan furniture First Floor Balcony from the lounge with amazing sea views The space The main entrance leads into the hallway where you will find the 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with rainfall shower. The garden is accessed via the far bedroom and through the double French doors. There is an under-the-stairs dog bed for all our four-legged guests. Whilst dogs are welcome, they must not be left in the property unattended at any time. Upstairs leads to the open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining room. The balcony is out of the large sliding door where there are 2 chairs and a table to enjoy the sunsets. WIFI is available throughout the home and password in the welcome pack All TV's have Firesticks with access to all streaming services, you are welcome to log in to access. Central heating is operated by Honeywell Home which is controlled by the iPhone in the welcome pack. In the kitchen, there is a home hub and a pop-up wireless charger and socket with Bluetooth speaker for all your music needs Guest access Guests have full access to the property except for my office and wardrobe under the stairs. Other things to note Please be mindful the noise from the A55 can carry at rush hour, especially during peak season and the warmer months. Strictly NO Parties Strictly NO smoking in the property If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and ensure they are stubbed out and disposed of. Dogs are not to be left in the property ALONE at any time. Any damage caused by pets will be charged. Sleeps up to 4 adults max. If you are found to have more than the allowed guests staying, your booking will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave. Key code will be sent separately upon booking. 2 x car parking spaces in front of the property We do not provide EV charging facilities. Nearest at at Lidl and Tesco in Llandudno Junction.
