Stylish Flat by the Sea

Spacious 2 bedroom basement flat in Colwyn Bay. This flat is in a fantastic location with a beach a minutes walks away and the town centre of Colwyn Bay a 5 minute walk away. The flat has 2 decent sized bed rooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the spare bedroom has a double sized sofa bed. We are a dog friendly flat as long as dogs are kept off furniture and out of bedrooms. Please be aware that this is our home and we are renting on Airbnb whilst we're away! The space The flat is a basement flat accesed via a small flight of stairs. Bare this in mind in the event of a fire. The main fire exit is the main door accessed by some reasonably steep stairs. The emergency fire exit is the living room window which requires high levels of mobility. Other things to note This property is a semi basement property therfore fire exits aren't disabled nor elderly friendly. The main fire exit is accessed via a flight of steps and the emergency exit is a window. Bare this in mind please whilst booking.
