It has beautiful unobstructed views of the Lake Dillon, the marina and the 10-mile range in Breckenridge. It is minutes off I-70 and centrally located between A-basin and Breckenridge Ski Resorts. It is close to great shopping with the outlet malls, grocery and bus route. Enjoy a magical weekend in the mountains to reset, unwind and explore all that beautiful Summit County has to offer! The space Our condo is a 1 bedroom (king size bed) with a queen pullout memory foam couch in the living room. It is an open concept condo with a great view of the mountains and lake. Guest access You'll have access to the entire condo & outdoor patio of unit 32. If you're renting both units 32 and 33, you will have the entire patio space to yourself. Other things to note Please know there is no smoking of any kind or pets allowed in the unit. We also have unit #32 available next door.
