A charming home with an amazing view

Welcome to our idyllic home! Come and have a memorable stay close to the waterfront. Our cozy detached house is perfect for the holidays, whether it is winter, spring, summer or autumn. The property is located on Tertnes/Morvik and offers a fantastic view and easy access to the lake and mountains, with walking distance to bus and grocery store. The space Our older house is partially renovated with soul from the 60s mixed with the present's colors, style and tasteful decor. Relax in the cozy living room in a good chair while enjoying the view of the lake or the heat from the wood stove, with a cup of coffee latte from the coffee machine. Or lean back on the lovely, sunny terrace while observing the many boats or birds that live in the area. Here you can also put your feet up on the sofa and watch TV or a good movie in the evening on the 65" TV with good sound, while the evening sun shines in the living room windows and creates an idyllic atmosphere. Enjoy amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, well-equipped garage gym and comfortable beds with soft bedding. There is also a robot vacuum cleaner if you need to clean during a longer stay. There is easy access to the lake where you can use two fishing kayaks or lie on a rock after a swim. And if you are the type who likes hiking, it is not far to a beautiful mountain peak called Geitanuken, where you will be served a fantastic view of the city. About 5 minutes by car or bus there are several shopping malls and shops with everything you need. Various playgrounds are also within walking distance of the house, and a beautiful swimming area called Grønskjeret which has both a beach for the little ones, and a jetty to jump from, about 15 minutes walk from here. It's a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors, who you can ask about things if you have any questions. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 1st floor, and parts of the basement. Parking is available right by the house. Other things to note Parties are not allowed in the house and loud music that can bother neighbors is not allowed. Smoking indoors is not allowed and pets are not allowed indoors either. We have a cat, but it is optional to have it indoors as it has access to food, water and toilet, without needing access to the home.
