Dreamed of and created with great care and affection, it is ideal to enjoy at any time of the year. With its pool for the summer heat and its fireplace for the winter cold. Very close to downtown, but not in the urban area. A strategic location with many options: the Caminito del Rey, Karting, El Torcal de Antequera, AVE station, Malaga Airport... The space El Rinconcito has a large living room with a fireplace and an impressive stainless steel window that floods it with light and joy and from which you can see a charming patio with a swimming pool. The living room is clearly differentiated, the sofa area with TV, the dining area with a beautiful table that seats 10 and 2 display cases with glassware and crockery and the kitchen area, complete and equipped, with an island-type bar that delimits the space. On this same floor, there is a full bathroom with a very large shower and an exterior window and a laundry room with a washing machine, sink, portable clothesline and all cleaning utensils. Here you will find, if you need it, a portable folding table and 12 plastic chairs. You will also see an elegant wooden and stainless steel staircase that leads to a loft where there is a bedroom with 2 single beds. From the living room we go out to the patio, where in a hallway there are 2 identical rooms, each equipped with a double bed and bunk bed and a full private bathroom with shower in each one. And finally the patio that we saw from the living room window with its pool, sun loungers, barbecue and table with armchairs and parasol. All designed from the heart to make our guests feel at home.
