Kiki's Sea View Studio offers a light and bright studio with an amazing view of the Dalmatian coastline from the beautiful balcony or the comfort of your bed. The studio is only a 10 minute walk to Znjan beach, 10 minute uber to town or 30 minute bus to town. Nestled on the 2nd floor, the studio can accomodate 2 people in the queen bed (160 x 200) equipped with a hotel grade mattress. The space Kiki's Sea View Studio is a short walk to the beach and local supermarkets. There is a bus stop a few minutes from the apartment which will get you to the centre of Split and various other locations in Split. Uber to town is around 5 euros (price varies depending on demand). Restaurant dalmatino, which is a local favourite restaurant, is also within walking distance and serves up a variety of local dishes. Other things to note There is parking outside the apartment but additionally, there are 2 open carparks 2 minutes from the apartment, which are always available for to park at. There is some construction in the area but none of this should affect your stay, it's just the appearance of the area but none of this blocks the beautiful sea view from your apartment. The local beach is currently under construction but there are available beaches only 15 minutes walk from the beach (duilovo and trstenik)
