A short 100 yard walk to the beach access. Tower 2 is located right next to the Lifestyle Center and Tennis Courts. Relax after a day at the beach over dinner prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen. Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony. Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center. The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
