Tropical getaway in the Cape! Get ready to relax and enjoy some Tiki and pool time! Our home is furnished with amenities and comforts BEYOND your own home so you can pack light! We have designed a RESORT LEVEL experience with our newly remodeled indoor kitchen, outdoor kitchen, saltwater pool & spa, fire pits, outdoor TV, fans, dock bar. 3 kayaks, 2 fishing kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 2 bikes, and fishing poles/tackle box, arcade games, Pop-a-Shot, pool & ping-pong, foosball & more for endless fun! The space Our home is open concept, and there is ample seating for everyone, indoors and outdoors. There are 2 KING and 2 QUEEN beds, all with new and very comfortable mattresses and plush pillows and bedding. Two full baths with spa-like feel and amenities. Hair dryers, storage baskets, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash. TV's with Roku in every room and outside. Beach towels and chairs are provided for your convenience. Complimentary waters and a few Keurig pods to start your vacation right! Guest access There is a washer/dryer for your convenience in the garage. There are shelves in the garage with additional guest amenities like yoga mats and equipment, games, house and beach shoes, etc. Please just return anything you borrow to the same spot, and in the same condition as it started. Parking only in driveway, not on street. Full access to house and yard. Boat is off-limits. However, if you rent a boat, you can pull it up to the dock for easy access. There are life jackets for kayaks and paddle boards, & paddles in the garage. Please launch kayaks and paddle boards only from our dock. We recommend wearing helmets when using bikes, and must have a life jacket with you for the kayaks and paddle boards. Please use plastic dishes provided when eating or drinking outdoors. No glass on pool deck or in pool or spa for safety reasons. No smoking or vaping anywhere in or on property. Swim at your own risk, never swim alone. Please keep all doors windows locked and shut when you leave property. Guests may NOT touch pool equipment. If something is not working, notify owners immediately. Minors may not be left without adult supervision in or on the property. Other things to note If you want pool heat, there is a fee of $250 per week that will be billed separately. If you stay longer than 3 weeks, we can negotiate a total fee for your stay. Minimum pool fee of $250 for stays under a week. Pets are on a case by case basis, and there will be a $400 non-refundable pet fee applied. A higher fee may required for longer stays. Backyard is fenced, but canal side is not fenced.
