The house has a quiet and peaceful location, on a large plot with both grass and rocks, from the living room and the bedroom you have sea views. In the immediate vicinity of the house is Soteleden, a popular hiking trail. Distance down to the jetty at Örnefjorden about 600 meters, here you can catch crabs, fish and even swim from the bathing ladder at the jetty.
