Enjoy lounging on the beautiful lounge set or relaxing in the sauna or hot tub. Our tiny house is full of comforts and has its own air conditioning, luxury kitchen and beautiful bathroom. The double bed of 1.40 offers space for 4 people, and there is a separate master bedroom with an Emmamatras. So there are 2 separate sleeping areas. Recently, we also have a private hot tub and sauna at our Tiny House. The price does not include wellness. You can rent the sauna and hot tub for 50 euros a day. Escape to our idyllic Tiny House, just out of town, but fully embraced by the tranquility of nature. Here you can enjoy endless possibilities for cycling, fishing or water sports. Rent one of our (electric) bikes, an electric cargo bike, a whisper boat or a SUP and discover the area at your own pace. New: our small boat ramp makes an adventure on the water even more accessible! On our property you will experience the real country life. We grow organic fruits and vegetables, and our sheep, ponies, horses and ducks are happy to welcome you. Storks and deer are no unknown guests here. Within 15 minutes you cycle to bustling Leeuwarden, or choose a part of the legendary Elfstedentocht. With a ferry you will be in Bartlehiem in no time, and in Wyns you can enjoy a delicious meal with the local cook, who will then transfer you by ferry again. For ultimate relaxation, our hot tub and sauna are ready, perfect for relaxing after an active day. Fancy a day at Wadden Island? In just 22 minutes you can drive to the ferry to Ameland, where you can reach the beach within half an hour. Come enjoy peace, space and hospitality in our Tiny House, complete with bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and a supply of coffee and tea. Be enchanted by the charm of Friesland! We also offer SUP training and we do workshops on pony grooming, petting or even taking a ride under supervision! Guest access Layout: Our tiny house has a kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction plate and large oven. A separate toilet and a bathroom with sink, shower. In the master bedroom, there is a bed 1.60 x 2.10 with an Emma mattress. In the living room, you will find the double bed (2x 1.40 x 2.00). In the living room, there is a dining area for 4 people, a sitting area and a TV. (Free Netflix, Amazon Prime and WiFi) You can only reach our Tiny House by stairs (4 steps). The Wellness is located next to our Tiny House. We provide wood to heat the hot tub and sauna if you have chosen to rent the wellness. Optionally, we can heat the hot tub before arrival. Please let us know. It is mandatory to use a towel to sit on in the sauna. As an additional option (for a fee), a professional infusion can also be given. These are available on site. If you would like an offer including wellness, we can give you a separate price for this. You can also find us on jelsumaandee Other things to note The price of the wellness is exclusive. We charge a price of 50 euros per day for the sauna and hot tub. Or 75 euros for a weekend (from check-in to check-out). Wood is provided for the period you rent the wellness. If you would like an offer for a longer period of time with wellness, please do not hesitate to let us know. There are several ditches around our farm and tiny house. Unfortunately, we cannot fence everything, and it is good to take this into account with small children.
