The double bed of 1.40 offers space for 4 people, and there is a separate master bedroom with an Emmamatras. So there are 2 separate sleeping areas. Within 15 minutes, you can cycle to Leeuwarden or take a ride along part of the famous Elfstedentocht. Experience the Frysian outdoors On our property you will experience the real country life. We grow organic fruits and vegetables and share the property with sheep, ponies, horses, and ducks. Storks and deer are also regularly seen here. For children, there are fun activities such as grooming ponies, petting them, or taking a supervised ride. Perfect base Fancy a day on an island? Within a 22-minute drive, you can reach the ferry to Ameland, and a short time later, you'll be on the beach. A separate toilet and a bathroom with sink, shower. In the master bedroom, there is a bed 1.60 x 2.10 with an Emma mattress. In the living room, you will find the double bed (2x 1.40 x 2.00). In the living room, there is a dining area for 4 people, a sitting area and a TV. (Free Netflix, Amazon Prime and WiFi) You can only reach our Tiny House by stairs (4 steps). The Wellness is located next to our Tiny House. We provide wood to heat the hot tub and sauna if you have chosen to rent the wellness. Optionally, we can heat the hot tub before arrival. Please let us know. It is mandatory to use a towel to sit on in the sauna. As an additional option (for a fee), a professional infusion can also be given. These are available on site. If you would like an offer including wellness, we can give you a separate price for this. You can also find us on jelsumaandee Other things to note The price of the wellness is excluded. We charge the sauna and hot tub a price of 50 euros per day. Or 75 euros for a weekend ( from arrival to departure). Wood will be given for the time you rent the wellness. If you want a longer-term offer with wellness, please don't hesitate to let us know. There are several ditches around our farm and tiny house. Unfortunately, we cannot fence everything and it is good to take this into account with small children. If you do not travel with a car, it is advisable to rent a bicycle. We are less than fifteen minutes away from Leeuwarden both by car (7 km)or by bike (4 km). On foot, the travel time to downtown Leeuwarden is 1 hour. We rent out 2 new electric bicycles and 2 regular bicycles. Pick-up and drop-off service from the station by electric car by appointment costs €10 round trip. Ask about the possibilities!
