Only in straight southerly winds can it blow and it is very uncommon. The water is fresh and about 4 meters deep from the edge, free for swimming. The jetty houses a large outdoor kitchen, gas grill and charcoal grill. Inflatable raft, paddleboards and sun loungers in abundance are at your disposal. Feel free to try to break the record for a lap around Klädesholmen on SUP in 40 minutes. Indoor: The house is spacious and divided into three floors. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with a long table for 12 people with glazed double doors and windows facing the jetty and the sea. Inside, there is a living room that also houses a double bed, a double room, a single room and a toilet with shower. From the street, you enter the middle floor via the main entrance, directly into a combined living room and kitchen. There is also a sofa bed for two. On the floor, there are two bathrooms with shower and 4 double rooms. The top floor is divided into two with each a staircase. The side facing the sea is a large room with two sofas by the windows with a great view. In the same room, there are two single beds and a sleeping alcove with three single beds (spring) that make up a 270 wide bed. The floor has a toilet with sink. The other side of the top floor is a large and more rustic loft with room for many sleeping. There are two double beds and 4 mattresses.
