The house's well-equipped three floors easily accommodate 15-20 adults and children. 2 kitchens, 4 toilets, washing machine and dishwasher. If you have a boat, you can dock at the jetty (depth 3 m) The space Outdoor: The jewel of the house is the huge private dock with sun all day. It is also protected from the wind from 3 out of 4 directions. It can only be windy with a southeast wind, and that is unusual. The water is fresh and about 3 meters deep from the edge of the dock. Feel free to swim. The dock has a large outdoor kitchen, a gas grill, and a charcoal grill. An inflatable raft, 3 stand-up paddleboards and plenty of sun loungers are at your disposal. Feel free to try to beat the record for a lap around Klädesholmen on a SUP in 40 minutes. Indoor: The house is spacious and divided into three levels. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with a long table for 12 people, with double glass doors and windows facing the dock and the sea. Inside, there is a living room that also houses a double bed, a double room, a single room and a toilet with shower. From the street, you enter the middle floor through the main entrance, directly into a combined living room and kitchen. On the floor, there are two bathrooms with shower and 4 double rooms. The top floor is divided into two, each with a staircase. The side facing the sea is a large room with two sofas by the windows with a lovely view. In the same room, there are two single beds and a sleeping alcove with three single beds (with box springs) that make up a 270-cm-wide bed. The plane has a toilet with sink. On the other side of the top floor is a large and more rustic loft with room for many people to sleep. There is a double bed and 6 sleeping places on mattresses. Guest access You can use all the spaces. Other things to note The accommodation is not rented out with bed linens and towels. You as a guest must bring this yourself if you have not specifically requested that we provide it. Then it costs SEK 200 per set, including a towel.
