It has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and 1 bathroom. The living area is connected to a small kitchenette that overlooks a patio and garden. The living area is large enough to accommodate an air mattress if necessary. The cottage itself has been restored with local wood sourced from other historic properties and farms in the area. Heart-pine baseboards, spalted maple trim, locus posts, and oak floors make for a cozy, relaxing environment. Other things to note The property is not suitable for animals. There is no fenced-in yard. the garden spaces are very pleasant but dogs must be taken to the local park (5 minute walk) and must be leashed.
