It has no air conditioning but has heating. The space The home is in a quiet and safe gated community 0.5 miles from the I-5. The home welcomes you with a richly appointed boho design, new West Elm furniture, and new appliances. The main room is perfect for hosting. Six-person dining table, a fireplace, and a full sectional sofa. There is a large TV in the main room. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with an oversized closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The kitchen has plenty of storage space, a dishwasher, a water filter pitcher, ice & espresso/coffee machine. Access the unit via the garage or front door with a keyless/code. What’s brand new: hardwood floors, both bathroom floors, new stand-in shower in master bath, new shower fixtures in both bathrooms, new toilets, place has been repainted, epoxy flooring in garage, new dishwasher, new washer dryer, new ceiling fans. While the unit does not have central A/C, we provide a portable unit that cools the space wonderfully. The unit comes with 1 reserved parking spot next to the unit plus plenty of guest spots inside the complex and off of Saxony. Access the balcony that has a table, chairs, and grill from either the master bedroom or living room. The condo has a beautiful resort-like pool with a hot tub, bathrooms, grill, tables, and outdoor shower. Newly renovated dog park inside the complex. Steps away from the YMCA that has multiple soccer/baseball fields, a playground, 2 swimming pools, a skate park, and a gym. Guest access The entire home, garage and community pool and grilling areas. Our property is fully protected by a comprehensive insurance policy, so in the unlikely event of accidental damage, no additional charges will be requested from you. Please note that this coverage applies to accidental damage only. Intentional damage or negligence may still be subject to charges. Guests will need to sign a lease to remain in compliance with HOA community rules. We are unable to automatically apply additional guest fee for reservations booked through AirBnb. Therefore, we will need to manually charge AirBnB guests a $5 fee per guest, each night after a booking has been confirmed.
