Close to the Kosciusko National Park, Selwyn Snowfields, Talbingo Dam, Blowering Dam, Yarrangobilly Caves Thermal Pool and the Blue Waterholes, there is always plenty to experience close to the tranquil village of Talbingo. Cupie’s Cottage is just a five minute stroll to the shopping centre and the Talbingo Country Club. The space Cupies Cabin — your perfect mountain escape for families or small groups of friends. This cosy, well-appointed cabin features three bedrooms: 2 x Queen bedrooms 1 x Double bed with a single bunk on top, plus an additional single bed You'll enjoy a comfortable lounge area, a spacious dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. There are two bathrooms, including one with a full-size bath — ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The laundry includes a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Stay comfortable year-round with reverse-cycle air-conditioning, extra heaters for winter, and fans for summer. Relax on the front verandah with your morning coffee or afternoon drink, and take in the peaceful views over the sports oval towards Jounama Pondage. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, Cupies Cabin has everything you need for a memorable stay. Guest access Access to the entire house though the garage is locked so inaccessible. Other things to note Everything You Need for a Relaxing Family Getaway: We’ve got all your essentials covered — fresh linen, cosy blankets, doonas, sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels are all included, so you can settle in and relax from the moment you arrive. Stay Connected: Telstra mobile coverage works well at the cabin. Please note, some guests with other providers like Vodafone, Optus or Virgin may experience limited service. You can also access free public Wi-Fi near the public phone outside the supermarket or at The Talbingo Country Club. Please note Cupies Cabin does not have Wifi. Outdoor Fun: The backyard is a great space to enjoy time together. Gather around the outdoor wood fireplace for a BBQ, toast marshmallows, or enjoy a sing-along with the family under the stars. Firewood is available for purchase at the local service station. And don’t forget to help yourself to the oranges from the backyard — they’re perfect for a healthy snack or freshly squeezed juice with breakfast!
