Late arrival results in loss of payment and no entry. • Arrival time must be confirmed in advance. Waiting over one hour will result in no entry. • No children. • No pets. • Early check-in requires booking the previous night. One-bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Shared facilities include pool, barbecue, and outdoor seating. The space The space is accessed via the front gate or from the car garages under the house (please note the apartment is located on the first floor via one flight of stairs). The bedroom includes a king size bed, built in robe, TV and ceiling fan. The open plan kitchen, living and dining space includes everything you need in a home away from home: including air-conditioning, ceiling fan, free Wi-Fi, Stan, and Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hotplate, electric frypan, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups & glasses. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the apartment with secure parking for one car available under the house. There is also parking available on the street. Guests have shared access to our large outdoor entertaining area, which includes multiple seating areas, bbq, and swimming pool. There is also a shared laundry with washing machine and dryer downstairs. Please note that there may be guests staying in the other two apartments (max 4 people) during your stay. Also, the 1 Bedroom apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 guests regardless of age; it is not suitable for children under 12. Other things to note Please note: Our two boys are 7 and 13 and although the apartments are purpose built with sound-proofing materials used in the floors, walls and ceiling, you may hear footsteps or jumping at times. Our home is often bustling and busy during daylight hours; if you are after peace and quiet, or long sleep-ins, we recommend booking different accommodation.
