Forest Zen: near vineyards/Shenandoah Nat’l park

Stunning new construction contemporary home on 11 private acres, close to all the vineyards, breweries, Charlottesville, Afton Mtn, Monticello, Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Dr, Wintergreen Ski Resort, Monticello, and more! The home features massive windows, open interior design, pool with slide/diving board, hot tub, outdoor kitchen w/outdoor eating areas, game room, media room, pickleball/basketball court, mountain bike trails, outdoor TV, screen porch, gaming consoles, and more. The space The house is surrounded by trees for privacy on 11 acres. There is a great mountain bike trail adjacent to the property. There are 7 spacious bedrooms, not 5 (6 king 1 queen). 4 bedrooms have private bathrooms. The bedrooms have blackout shades for complete privacy. The only single beds are floor mattresses, IF requested. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are all open spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We also provide a Keurig and drip coffee maker with free assorted K-cups, coffees, and teas. The outdoor pool area is amazing with an outdoor kitchen and plenty of seating. The house is close to ProRenata Restaurant for great music and food. You’ll love the balcony area with outdoor TV as well. For the kids (and kid at heart), we have an arcade, and 2 ps5 consoles for your enjoyment, hidden game room, pickleball court, basketball hoop, ping pong and more! Guest access You’ll have access to the entire house except some owners closets and the garage. Pool/Hot Tub will be closed from Dec-March unless requested (additional dewinterization fee). Other things to note There is a great mountain bike trail right next to the property (this is owned by the High School mountain bike team and is only accessible outside normal school hours. Early mornings, evenings, and weekends are good. It's a 3.5 mile loop that goes right next to our house. We have the potential of renting mountain bikes if you need them (plus helmets). Also, we have a large paved area for an electric go kart or onewheel, if you would like to rent that as well. Pool heat is $150/day. This includes the hot tub. Hot tub only heat is $100/day. Due to how long it takes to get the pool temperature up and maintained, we will leave the pool heat going for the entirety of your stay (you cannot pick and choose days). This means a 3 night stay is 3 days of pool heat, for example. Want early check in or checkout? If this is available, you can pay $100 for a check in as early as 12:00 PM and/or late checkout until 4:00 PM for an additional $100. Also, we do have some additional floor mattresses upon request. Just contact me for anything you need! No large events allowed (weddings, etc). Only registered guests are allowed at the property, per county laws. Any group violating this policy will be asked to vacate immediately and may be liable for county fines.
