Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the building. PARKING If you need a parking space, please reserve a space in one of the two private parking lots near the building. Important: Parking is not allowed in the 3 spaces for visitors to the condominium. If this rule is disregarded, a fine will be applied and the car may be towed. PARKING We do→ not have parking spaces in the condominium and parking in visitor spaces is prohibited. Such spaces are exclusively for loading/unloading. Any violation may result in the vehicle being towed. There → is private parking 30 meters from the condominium. 5. ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM → Each apartment will receive 1 electronic tag for access. → Upon entering the building, all guests must identify themselves at the front desk. 6. SAFETY AND COEXISTENCE → We ask for respect for other residents and observance of quiet hours. 7. RESTRICTIONS → Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the building. → Parties and events are also prohibited. 8. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT → If you need to check in early or check out late, please request it in advance. 9. CLEANING → The apartment will be delivered impeccably clean and equipped. → Value the space as if it were your own. Towels and sheets→ are available for registered guests. It is forbidden to hang clothes and place objects on the balcony railing or screen; if this is not respected, the fine will be passed on to the guest. 11.
