This is a private room with a twin bed (single male only), but the rest of the house is shared with a single person. Perfect space for short-term work contracts (not for 100% remote work) or a semester college student. ID check may be required upon check in. Parking: Plenty of space for RV, boat, etc. Please note smoking inside the house or bedroom is not iallowed. The space Large outdoor space next to a woods lot. Guest access A guest has access to the house except for the other two bedrooms. During your stay I will be available by text to answer any questions you might have about the area. Co-host lives in the house. Other things to note Parking will be in the back of the house in front of the barn. If you have an RV, boat, jet ski, etc., there is plenty of room to park them.
