Modern loft in the Monferrat Region with Pool

The piemont region is one of the beautiful secrets of Italy. Famous for its wine, truffle and food and landscape, our house is just in the middle of the most famous UNESCO heritage vineyards on the LA MAGGIORA Road, one of the most scenic roads. Newly renovated LOFT appartment with indipendant entrance, spacious terrace, large living room, fully equiped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and our saltwater swimmingpool. Sleeps up to 5 people. Charger for eletric cars from 11 am to 5 pm. The space You enter our loft from a seperate staircase and our big terrace overlooking the Valley. The large livingroom( 50 mq ) with Dining Table, Fireplace. A fully equiped Kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with WC Bidet and shower cabin. On the upper floor than you have a very large bedroom ( 35 mq ) with a king Size Bed and a seperate Sofa Bed if needed and desk for study or work. Extra cushions or bed linnen are available.
