Third Ward/King Bed/Free Parking

In the heart of the Third Ward, this newly renovated building has everything you need for your stay. It is located a block from the Public Market, Broadway Street, 3 blocks from Summerfest grounds, and a short walk to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. This 1000 sq foot apartment is on open concept with 1 full bathroom and 1 bedroom with a king bed and large closet. We provide a queen murphy bed in the living room and 2 fold out twin beds. Parking pass must be used at all times. The space This large one bedroom condo has everthing you need for a stay in the heart of the Third Ward. Open concept with great views of the city. The full size bathroom has a walk in shower. The isnt a tub. The parking space is outdoors next to the building on the East side of the building. Guest access You have private access to the entire condo during your stay. Other things to note We provide starter (2 -3 days) amounts of supplies for short stays. If you tend to go through more we suggest going to the public market down the street or trying Postmates or Door Dash for additional supplies. 1 parking space provided Check in is 4pm Check out is 11am
