The living room has a comfy couch with an ArtTV and all the streaming channels you will need. There is a large table, suitable for dining or working adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the fridge always has some basic needs inside. The Primary bedroom has a king size bed while the secondary bedroom has a queen size bed. The rooms are both adorned with quality linens, room darkening curtains and vintage finds. For those traveling with children, we offer two pack and plays stored in the closets. We also have a washer and dryer available for your convenience. Reminder: No Smoking anywhere on premises. Including front porch. Guests will have the entire apartment and front porch to themselves. Plaza Midwood is a trendy, casual neighborhood known for its small businesses and rustic vibe. There’s a vibrant restaurant scene ranging from comfort food eateries to upscale dining. The foodie would be happy here! Plaza Midwood is convenient to Uptown Charlotte, but has everything you need right here. No need for a car to get around Midwood. You can walk to the grocery store, post office, local shopping, restaurants and more! We have one parking space available for our guests. The neighborhood has street parking and a public parking lot a block away. If you are coming to visit Plaza Midwood, you really don't need a car if you are comfortable walking. We recommend using a ride share to get out of the neighborhood and into surrounding parts of Charlotte. We have zero tolerance for disrespect of our property. You will be asked to leave if we discover dishonesty in booking (including number of guests) or breaking of our house policies (including smoking). You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $150 if smoking is discovered.
