Guest access Highlights: It's important to note the following before booking: Our stay operates according to the regulations required by the Condominium, schedules and availability of each area for use. 1. When accepting the reservation, registered guests must send their ID numbers and all the required information before starting the check-in authorization, in order to avoid delays in check-in at the front desk 2. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send a guest registration email to the condominium management. It is NOT possible to add guests to the reservation after the reservation is accepted; according to the internal regulations of the condominium. The condominium does NOT accept guests and visitors for security reasons, please take this into account before booking. 3. Upon arrival, you must pay an additional fee of 57,500 COP per person from the age of 9 years and older. This amount is NOT included in the reservation price and is charged directly by the co-ownership and is inherent to our charge since it is part of the use and privacy we offer. Paid for each visitor once per stay by debit card, credit card or bank transfer; they do not receive cash.
