The space Il Volo is a spacious apartment with unlimited free wi-fi, on the 2nd floor of a 6-unit house on the edge of a forest. Upon entering the house, you will find an entrance with a coat rack and shoe rack, a spiral staircase leading to the spacious attic furnished with two single beds, large wardrobes, and two desks with chairs. Then we find the living area, with a leather sofa and a single armchair, the TV corner and bluetooth Hi Fi, a large table for 8 people, at the bottom of the kitchen with all the services for a comfortable stay. Two French doors lead to the long balcony with a view of the enchanting Lake Garda. Here you will find a table for 4 people for your breakfasts and lunches, 2 deckchairs and a barbecue for excellent barbecues overlooking the lake. An electrically operated awning provides shade on hot summer days. Back inside, after the entrance on the right, there is the bathroom with washing machine, shower, toilet and bidet, sink with hanging cabinet and mirror. Opposite the double bedroom with a comfortable bed, a large wardrobe with a mirror and a window overlooking the forest. Opposite the bathroom is the second bedroom, versatile bedroom with a bed that can be single or double, depending on your needs, a large wardrobe, bedside table, desk with monitor and drawer for space to work with your computer. In the courtyard, you can park your car comfortably or you can place the car in the large private garage, which can also be used for storing your equipment such as bicycles, canoes, mountain equipment, or more. Above the garage is the solarium, to arrange the sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrella and enjoy the sun, relaxation and tranquility of the area. Guest access Guests can use the garden and the solarium located above the garages. The house is accessible on the 2nd floor from the condominium stairs. You will also have a covered garage at your disposal, for bikes, cars or motorcycles or other equipment that you want to store safely and indoors.
