Welcome! At Casa Il Volo in San Zeno di Montagna you can enjoy a relaxing vacation but also sports given the proximity to Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. The house is complete with everything, equipped with 3 large rooms up to 6 beds, kitchen and living room with beautiful view of Lake Garda and the possibility of having lunch on the large panoramic balcony or sunbathing in the solarium in the garden. For bike, hiking or paragliding lovers, Il Volo is strategically located! The space Il Volo is a spacious apartment with unlimited free wi-fi, on the 2nd floor of a house of 6 units on the edge of a forest. Entering the house you will find an entrance with hangers and shoe rack, a spiral staircase leads to the spacious attic furnished with two single beds, large closets and two desks with chairs. Then we find the living area, with a leather sofa and a single armchair, the corner TV and Hi Fi bluetooth, a large table of 8 people, at the bottom the kitchen with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Two window doors lead to the long balcony with a view of the lovely Garda Lake. Here you will find a table for 4 people for your breakfasts and lunches, 2 deck chairs and the barbecue for great barbecues overlooking the lake. A tent with an electric control ensures shade during hot summer days. Tornado inside, after the entrance on the right there is the bathroom with washing machine, toilet shower and bidet, sink with hanging furniture and mirror. In front of the double bedroom with comfortable bed, large closet with mirror and window overlooking the woods. In front of the bathroom is the second room, a versatile space with a bed that can be single or double, depending on your needs, large closet, bedside table, desk with monitor and drawer for space to work with your computer. In the courtyard you can park your car comfortably or you can arrange your car in the large private garage, which can also be used for storage of your equipment such as bicycles, canoes, mountain equipment or more. Above the garages is the .solarium, to arrange the loungers and umbrella and enjoy the sun the relaxation and tranquility of the area. Guest access Guests can enjoy the garden, the solarium above the garages, the house is accessible on the 2nd floor from the condominium stairs. You will also have a covered garage at your disposal, for bikes, cars or motorcycles or other equipment you want to arrange safely and indoors. Other things to note To provide optimal service to our guests, we ask that the minimum length of stay be at least 3 nights. Small pets are also allowed.
