Charming holiday cottage in Rosslare Strand

This bright and sunny holiday cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a quaint and much sought-after holiday village minutes from Rosslare Strand. The holiday village is within walking distance to Kelly's Hotel and Sea Spa and Rosslare's Blue Flag beach and all amenities Rosslare has to offer. There is a playground, tennis court, table tennis and giant templates for hopscotch, snakes & ladders, etc all on-site. There's a mini market and laundry a 2 min drive away from the cottage. The space The cottage features a bright open-plan living and kitchen area with breakfast bar and TV/living area which opens onto a large sunroom. The kitchen is kitted out with all you will need - oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, blender etc. along with all cooking equipment and utensils, crockery etc. Ice blocks, cooler bags, picnic accessories and folding camping chairs are available for during your stay. There is a TV with basic channels and WiFi throughout. There is a downstairs bedroom with double bed with memory foam mattress and en-suite with shower. The sunroom to the back features another seating area and dining area with table for up to six people. It opens onto a sunny South-facing garden and patio area with astro turf. There is an outdoor dining table, parasol and outdoor kids table provided. Upstairs is the kids bunk room (sleeps 3) with set of bunks and a toddler bed; kids bathroom with bath and the master bedroom with king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and an en-suite with electric shower. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request at no extra charge. Bedlinen, towels and kitchen tea towels will be provided for all guests for the duration of your stay. Beach towels are also provided. Please do not use the white towels for outdoor/beach use. Guest access The whole house is yours for your stay bar a small closet where we keep our personal belongings.
