Quiet "Casa così" country cottage

This newly renovated little lodge offers the opportunity for a relaxing and comfortable stay while visiting some of the main cities of northern Italy. Follow us on IG: @casa_cosi_piubega The space The house has two double bedrooms on the upper floor, with the possibility of adding two more single beds (for a total of six beds) heated with a heat pump in each room, three bathrooms with heated towel rails. On the ground floor is the kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and various appliances. In this area of the house there is no heating but a wood stove that can be used to heat the room in the cooler seasons. The house, being in the countryside, does not have a connection to the aqueduct, so it has a well, for this reason the water is not drinkable. This property is located 25 km from Mantua, about 50 km from Brescia, Cremona, Parma, Verona and Lake Garda. Guest access Outside, when the weather and season allow, you can take advantage of a large space with solarium area, table, barbecue, outdoor swimming pool (not underground-see photo). Other things to note Please note that in the ground floor area where the kitchen and a small living room are located, there is no heating, but a wood-burning stove that can be used to heat the room in the cooler seasons!
